He primarily operates in the field of corporate law, focusing on M&A transactions, start-ups, and venture capital, and works in both Italian and English.

He obtained an LL.M. in Business and Company Law: European and International Perspectives from LUISS Guido Carli University, a program that allowed him to deepen his knowledge of domestic and international corporate law, with a particular focus on M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital. He graduated in Law from the University of Florence, writing his thesis on start-ups and venture capital, and spent a study period at Ghent University (Belgium) through the Erasmus+ program, where he further explored intellectual property and M&A. He also gained international experience at a law firm in Ankara, working in the areas of corporate and tech law.
